Music-cut

I am currently playing the bass guitar in our band. After a band practice at Don Bosco, I noticed a cut on my finger.  It's not actually bleeding but it's almost there. I was amused why I felt so proud of my cut finger that i even showed it to my classmates and friends, while i was embarrassed to show the wound on my shoulder and because of that, i was wearing a band aid the whole day at school. Then, I realized that the only wound we are proud of is the wound from our abilities. It's not easy to find the best of our abilities that's why we are proud to show some evidences we have to let others know that we know this and we know that or we have this and we have that. Yeah, maybe that's all I can say right now cause I still have to go to our band practice - and am ready to have another cut!
